High-grade polymer

For systems using multiple layers of polymer, the distortion on impact can cause the connection between the different layers to fail faster than the material itself. This results in the layers coming apart and the integrity of the product being compromised. BOPLAN® products on the other hand only use one solid layer of polymer material which eliminates the risk of delamination at impact. 

• Extrilene® is extremely durable, colored to the core and UV stabilized. It is resistant to rust, corrosion and to most chemicals and is particularly suited for thick-walled tubes and profiles.
• Extrilene® has excellent recycling properties and is – as opposed to single-use-plastics – extremely durable.
