Whistleblower policy
This is the whistleblower policy of Boplan BV (hereinafter “Boplan” or “we”).
At Boplan, we are committed to conducting our business and pursuing our objectives in accordance with all applicable laws and the strictest ethical standards. Integrity and transparency are at the core of our operations.
Anyone who would nevertheless become aware of or has concerns about unethical or illegal behavior in a work-related context is encouraged to report these concerns to Boplan. Reports can be submitted at any time via the secure email address whistleblower@boplan.com. Anonymous reporting is possible. We kindly ask reporters to describe the concern as accurately as possible, and include information such as the location of the incident, people involved, relevant dates, any previous reporting to the management, etc. Supporting documents can be attached to the email.
All reports submitted through this internal reporting channel will be received, followed up and managed by Boplan's Legal Manager. We guarantee that all reports will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of investigating the report and taking necessary actions. More information about how we handle personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
While anonymous reports are possible, we encourage reporters to include their contact details whenever possible. This allows for more effective follow-up.
Please note that this reporting channel is not intended for product or service-related inquiries or complaints. If you have such questions or complaints, please contact our customer service.
Boplan encourages reporters to use the internal reporting channel. Internal reports are best suited to allow Boplan to thoroughly investigate the report and take any appropriate measures. However, this does not prevent reporters from using external reporting channels as designated by applicable laws (see, among others, the services of the federale Ombudsman).
