Rexilene®: A premium polymer material from Boplan

Rexilene® is a premium polymer material developed by Boplan to create impact-resistant, durable industrial safety solutions through rotational moulding. This material is UV-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Rexilene®

High impact resistance

A defining feature of Rexilene® is its high impact resistance. This material withstands heavy impacts, making it ideal for industrial use.

Products made from Rexilene® consist of a single, solid polymer layer. This eliminates the risk of delamination from impact. In materials with multiple layers, a hard impact can cause layers to separate, weakening structural integrity. This issue doesn’t occur with Rexilene®.

THE RESULT OF YEARS OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

THE ULTIMATE COMBINATION OF STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY

The unique qualities of Rexilene® stem from extensive research, development, and rigorous testing. Rexilene®’s unique molecular structure delivers outstanding strength and flexibility, allowing Rexilene® products to absorb impact energy effectively. Upon impact, the material deforms and quickly returns to its original shape. Additionally, it’s resistant to most chemicals, making it versatile across various environments.
