Boplan's FLEX IMPACT® handrails enable you to create a clear, logical separation between people and vehicles at your workplace. Our flexible handrails are available in three versions, from light to heavy, to meet your specific safety requirements. You can choose between two or three rails, depending on the area you need to secure. Every Boplan handrail is manufactured with a high-quality, high-performance polymer.
You can use our handrails in combination with our floor marking tape, or use our handrails as railing on mezzanine and elevated areas. Indoor and outdoor handrails
Our multifunctional handrail system
Boplan's FLEX IMPACT® handrails provide a multifunctional rail system for both indoor and outdoor use. In addition to clearly demarcating walkways, our handrails are often used as fall protection systems to enable people to work safely at height (mezzanines or work platforms). Our hand rails are also ideal for protecting people from poorly stacked goods and/or falling products in areas with no forklift traffic.
Boplan's handrails are also easy to combine with our other products, such as our safety barriers, rack protectors, and bollards.
Glow-in-the-dark look for guidance in the dark
Luminescent handrails
Our polymer handrails and balustrades are also available in a glow-in-the-dark look. These railings have a luminescent line that absorbs light during the day. When it becomes dark in the evening or if the power fails, these glow-in-the-dark handrails gradually release the light absorbed for nearly 30 minutes. This gives people more than enough time to find the emergency exits or evacuation corridors.

By this, we mean platforms, walkways, mezzanines, and other raised areas. At ground level, handrails guide and separate the flow of traffic. Here are a few specific applications:
- Raised platforms: Place our handrails on one or both sides of raised platforms like mezzanines or walkways. Our handrails will prevent pedestrians or goods from falling off the platform.
- Walkways: Use our handrails to delineate walkways and increase visibility and safety in your workplace. Our handrails are perfect in combination with our floor marking tape.
- Securing machines: Our handrails prevent workers from accidentally falling into machinery or getting their limbs caught on a machine component.
- Demarcating high-risk areas: Use our handrails to restrict access to certain areas.
- Outdoor parking areas: Our handrails are indispensable here. Use our handrails to guide people between parked vehicles and to make them aware of potential hazards.
