Rexilene®: An advanced polymer material from Boplan

Rexilene® is an advanced polymer material developed by Boplan to produce impact-resistant, durable industrial safety solutions using rotational moulding. The material is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is UV-resistant.

Rexilene®

High impact resistance

One of the most distinctive properties of Rexilene® is its high impact resistance. This material remains intact under heavy impacts, making it ideal for use in industrial environments.

Products made from Rexilene® have a single, solid polymer layer. This eliminates the risk of delamination upon impact. A hard impact in materials with multiple layers can cause these layers to separate, compromising the structural integrity. This issue does not occur with Rexilene®.

THE RESULT OF YEARS OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

THE ULTIMATE COMBINATION OF STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY

The unique properties of Rexilene® are the result of intensive research, development and rigorous testing. A special molecular structure provides Rexilene® with exceptional strength and flexibility, enabling Rexilene® products to absorb impact energy optimally. Upon impact, the material dents and then immediately returns to its original shape. Moreover, the material is resistant to most chemicals, making it versatile for use in various environments.

Rexilene®

Highly sustainable

Unlike single-use polymers, Rexilene® is designed for long-term use and is fully recyclable.
