The FLEX IMPACT® DG250R is a safety gate with double bars, providing fall protection at loading docks or serving as an impact-resistant barrier arm to close off access to specific areas. The loading dock safety gate is equipped with an assist mechanism and ergonomic handles to the side and underneath ensuring smooth and easy operation. In addition, the DG250R posts protect your door posts. Its compact design ensures no valuable space is wasted. The DG250R includes removable bars for easy assembly. Installation is also quick, as each DG250R consists of three pre-assembled elements.

Our DG250R is made of EXTRILENE®, a high-quality polymer. This material is ideal for absorbing heavy impacts. Crash tests have shown that our DG250R can withstand impacts of 10.2 kJ. Both to the bars and to the posts. The deformation that occurs after each collision disappears once the vehicle has passed.

A loading dock is always a hive of activity: warehouse personel use it for stacking, loading and unloading, assisted by forklifts that bring in or take out goods. It is at times like this that employees can accidentally step into the void of the loading dock or lose their balance and fall in. The DG250R is the perfect solution. This safety gate provides optimal fall protection and provides a very safe working environment for employees and pedestrians in loading zones.

A revolutionary base plate

An optimized base plate increases impact resistance. The Base Defender protects the screws anchoring the round base plate to the floor. This durable elastomer cover makes it physically impossible to drive over the base plate and damage the screws. The Base Defender is wider than the bollard. This creates a free space and prevents fingers from crushing.

Stronger than ever

The DG250R features EXTRILENE® tubes of various lengths screwed to a base plate. The different tubes provide optimal impact absorption through deformation and friction.
