The FLEX IMPACT® DG250R is a safety gate with an impact-resistant barrier. The ideal fall protection for workers and pedestrians at loading areas. The safety gate is equipped with an assist mechanism and ergonomic handles to the side and underneath for smooth and easy operation. In addition, the DG250R posts protect the doorposts. The design is very compact, ensuring no valuable space is lost. For easy assembly, the DG250R features removable bars. Installation is also quick, as a DG250R consists of three pre-assembled elements.

DG250R

Extreme impact resistance

Our DG250R is made of EXTRILENE®, a high-quality polymer material. This material is ideal for absorbing heavy impacts. Crash tests have demonstrated that our DG250R can withstand impacts of 10.2 kJ. Both to the bars and to the posts. The deformation that occurs after each collision disappears once the vehicle has gone.

The perfect loading dock fall protection system

A loading dock is always a hive of activity, with warehouse staff using it for stacking, loading and unloading, assisted by forklift trucks bringing in and taking out goods. At such times, employees can accidentally step into the void of the loading dock or lose their balance and fall in. The DG250R is the perfect solution. This safety gate provides optimal fall protection and provides a very safe working environment for employees and pedestrians in loading zones.

A revolutionary base plate

An optimised base plate increases impact resistance. The Base Defender protects the screws that anchor the round base plate to the floor. This protective cover, made of durable elastomer, makes it physically impossible to drive over the base plate and damage the screws. The Base Defender is wider than the bollard. This creates a free space and prevents crushed fingers.

Stronger than ever

The DG250R features EXTRILENE® tubes of various lengths bolted to a base plate. The different tubes provide optimal impact absorption through deformation and friction.
