The FLEX IMPACT® DG250F is the strongest double-rail polymer safety gate in the world, with an impact resistance of 16 kJ on both bars and posts. It is the perfect fall protection system for loading and unloading docks. The gate features an assist mechanism and ergonomic side and bottom handles for smooth and easy operation, and the DG250F posts protect the door posts. The design is very compact, ensuring that no valuable space is lost. For easy assembly, the DG250F has removable bars. Installation is also quick as a DG250F consists of three pre-assembled elements.

Extreme impact resistance

Our DG250F is made of EXTRILENE®, a high-quality polymer. This material is ideal for absorbing heavy impacts. Crash tests have shown that our DG250F can withstand impacts of 16 kJ. Making it the first and only in the world to be tested for both the bars and posts according to the UNI TS 11886 standard. The deformation that occurs after each collision disappears once the vehicle has passed.

A revolutionary base plate

An optimized base plate increases impact resistance. The Base Defender protects the screws anchoring the round base plate to the floor. This durable elastomer cover makes it physically impossible to drive over the base plate and damage the screws. The Base Defender is wider than the bollard. This creates a free space and prevents fingers from crushing.

Stronger than ever

The DG250F features EXTRILENE® tubes of various lengths screwed to a base plate. The different tubes provide optimal impact absorption through deformation and friction.
