Over the years, Boplan has installed safety barriers and pedestrian protection from its FLEX IMPACT® range at every EUTRACO location. Our collaboration grew naturally alongside EUTRACO’s expansion. Today, that adds up to 15 sites and no less than 669,597 m² of warehouse space.

Safe pedestrian zones
Boplan installed HP PLUS 3 handrails at stairs, on raised areas, and in office spaces. These robust handrails guide pedestrians safely through the warehouse and prevent them from unintentionally entering areas with vehicle traffic. Their striking yellow color increases visibility and helps create a clear, organized working environment.
Crossings are equipped with SWING GATES. These swing gates ensure that pedestrians cross in a controlled manner. Boplan's SWING GATES align seamlessly with the other products in its FLEX IMPACT® range. This creates a visually streamlined appearance and ensures perfect functional alignment.
Targeted protection for pedestrians and infrastructure
Boplan's TB 400 PLUS safety barrier establishes physical separation between pedestrians and heavy forklift traffic. Thanks to its double construction and energy-absorbing properties, both infrastructure and vehicles remain protected. Around fire extinguishers, TB 400 PLUS safety barriers with integrated handrails were installed in red with luminescent strips. They are always highly visible, even in the dark. Electrical cabinets are securely protected with the robust TB SUPER DOUBLE safety barrier.
Rack and storage area protection
RACKENDs protect the racks at the end of each aisle. They absorb the impact of a forklift fork, flex with it, and then return to their original shape - eliminating costly repairs.
RACKBULL® rack protectors were installed at the base of the uprights between stacking racks. These protectors help prevent structural damage to the racks. This preserves the stability of the storage system and reduces the risk of collapse.
In parking areas, wheel stops guide trucks into their parking spaces and prevent vehicles from hitting infrastructure while parking.
