Boplan, the Belgian manufacturer of modular safety solutions for industrial and sports applications, announces the acquisition of Celtiplast, a French producer of high-quality polymer extrusion profiles. This strategic acquisition marks the next step in Boplan’s growth strategy and ensures vertical integration from raw material processing to the installation of safety solutions for customers worldwide. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
