The FLEX IMPACT® FLIP180L M, a kick rail specially designed to follow corners and shapes, provides seamless protection for your walls and infrastructure. The FLIP180L M is shock-resistant up to 3.5 kJ and ideal for light transport trolleys and pallet trucks. The kick rail is available in lengths from 30 to 84 inches. End pieces, center pieces, universal angle pieces, and 90° angle pieces enable modular configuration according to your business needs.

What are the advantages of the FLIP180L M?
The FLIP180L M is a modular solution for protecting vulnerable walls, such as cooling walls, decorative walls, and sandwich panels, as well as machinery and infrastructure against light impacts at ground level. It is also a cost-effective kick rail to protect the ends of your racks as well as an excellent wheel guide for pallet trucks or transport trolleys in busy lanes. Its striking color makes it highly visible, and its robust construction ensures that it withstands the wear and tear of continuous use.
The FLIP180L M modular kick rail is also available in a version suitable for use at freezing temperatures down to -22°F.
CID® INSPECTION SYSTEM
COMBINE FLIP180L M WITH THE CID® INSPECTION SYSTEM
The FLIP180L M is optionally available with the ingenious Boplan CID® system, which enables quick visual inspection after a severe collision. CID stands for Critical Impact Detector. This patented inspection system allows you to determine where a severe collision has occurred and when a technical inspection of your safety equipment is needed.
