The Boplan Bollard Range is a comprehensive selection of protective bollards, engineered to meet a wide range of needs. Each bollard in this series, including the BO125L, BO170B, BO200R, BO200F, and BO250T, is designed with specific strengths and impact resistance to ensure there is a perfect solution for every requirement, ranging from light 2,5 kJ (kilojoules) impacts to extremely heavy impacts up to 24,1 kJ. Additionally, you benefit from a wide range of options, colors, and heights that allow for customization to suit specific environments and aesthetic preferences.

The patented modular build-up provides unprecedented impact protection. The bollards are made from a special high-performance polymer optimized to withstand multiple impacts. The deformation that occurs after each crash disappears as the vehicle rebounds. This eliminates the need for post-impact repairs.

The new bollard range is the result of years of research & development, relentless testing and experience in the field. A unique combination of three features contribute to the exceptional strength of our bollards:

• Extrilene®: the polymer technology specially developed by Boplan® for high performance and increased impact resistance. The aligned molecular structure provides unrivalled strength while maintaining maximum flexibility.
• The inner construction with multiple tubes which greatly strengthens the entire structure, because the impact of a collision is distributed over a larger surface area.
• An optimised base plate that enhances the impact resistance of the bollard.

The screws that anchor the round base plate to the floor are protected by the Base Defender. This sustainable rubber cover makes it physically impossible to drive over the base plate and damage the screws.

For a more finished look, cover the Base Defender with a Base Shield (optional). This provides additional protection against ground-level impacts and hygienic shielding from dirt and dust. The Base Defender is wider than the bollard, leaving a clear space to keep your fingers safe.

  Convey the right message in the right place with the optional SignMark 200
• Rotor Sleeve
  When a vehicle collides with a BO200R or BO200F, the Rotor Sleeve deflects the impact by rotating.
• Base Shield
  The Base Shield protects the Base Defender and the baseplate from ground-level impacts and provides hygienic shielding from dirt and dust.
• BO Belt (retractable)
  The Belt Barrier allows you to quickly demarcate an area such as a doorway, gate or loading dock opening.
